Keller Digital Pressure Gauges

Keller Digital Pressure GaugesThe dV-1 line is based on an ASIC, one time programmable for Zero and Gain, for the activation- and deactivation-levels of the instruments and for the levels in the Switch version. These devices are designed for very low cost.

The dV-2 line is based on the μP-circuit, proven for more than 3 years in the KELLER Series 30 X transmitters. This line is profiting from all the programs for adjustment, compensation and for special functions which KELLER developed over the last 20 years; the dV-2 C for coolant applications represents this group of devices with additional functions.

The sensors with electronics are tested in test benches over pressure and temperature and then mounted into the housings. The media contact of the sensors is stainless steel. The mounting of the sensor into the housing is either by welding or with O-ring seals.

The sensor outlet is on the rear or the bottom of the housing. The pressure connection is a Ø 6 mm stainless steel tube, connected with a stainless steel screw thread pressure proof up to 600 bar, in brass up to 300 bar. For lower pressure, a pressure coupling or pressure hose is connected.
